The pizza creole is a mix between Italian pizza and some ingredients of the argentines. It is, without a doubt, a variant delicious and original at the time of preparing pizza on Saturday night. In addition to this, if you like the intense flavors and you are meat lover, you must not stop to prepare this pizza to delight your palate and that of your friends, or family.
– 250 grams of flour 0000
– 15 grams of yeast pressed
– 125 cc of water at room temperature
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon of oil
– ½ Head of chopped garlic
– 350 grams of minced meat
– 100 cc of olive oil
– 1 chili pepper roasted, peeled and without veins
– 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
– 2 bay leaves
– 100 grams of green olives descarozadas
– 150 grams of tomato puree
– 150 mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
– 100 grams of pancetta, smoked, flaked and chopped
– 50 grams of parmesan cheese striped
– 1 tablespoon of oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
To make this pizza, you should use a cake mould with ring detachable, and line the pie pan with the dough, the edges will have to be high to contain the filling.
Chop the peppers. In a pan large and deep, place the olive oil. When hot, saute quickly the peppers and garlic to a simmer. Immediately place the bacon smoked, saute for a few minutes and then the minced meat, trabajándola with a fork and spoon to go deshaciéndola.
Leave the meat to cook while stirring. When it is cooked, spice it with salt, pepper, oregano, and pepper. Cover and leave over a low heat. Add the tomato and bay leaf and let reduce, turn off the heat and leave to cool. Remove the bay leaves and discard them.
Prepare the pizza dough from the basic form. Cover with the dough a baking pan and cook it without browning.
Mix the cubes of mozzarella with the meat sauce prepared previously, dump this mixture over the prepizza and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Cook in hot oven until dough is crispy and the cheese melted.
