Lasa&bath;to of calabacín and tomato
I bring you a lasagna very simple and quick to prepare, low in fat and suitable for celiacs. It's finger-lickin!
The ingredients of today are only for one person and will depend on the container you are going to use, in my case, I have chosen one with lid 4in1 plus Pyrex dish to heat it in the microwave in the office, and so eat it as newly made. If you can enjoy at the time you already know that there is nothing like a meal fresh out of the oven.

First wash all the ingredients and reserve. In the case of the zucchini should be cut into slices rather thin but you have to take into account the width of the container so that it is well coated but without excess. When you have room, put a frying pan with a splash of oil and you let it do it for both sides, you can put the first layer in the container covering the bottom.
I peeled the tomatoes and I made sliced a little thicker than the zucchini, once you have covered the first layer of zucchini with the tomato and espolvoreas with a little oregano along with the salt.
Below, I've made a few slices of goat cheese rather thick, I have gone through flour, a touch of heat in the pan and then I covered the first layer of tomato. We repeat the process: zucchini, tomato, and cheese (the first layer with goat cheese, the second with mozzarella cheese, the third with goat's cheese and the final layer with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle a little oregano on top.
Finally, give it a touch of heat to melt, or broil the cheese and ready to eat. If you are in the same case that I, to warm it up just put the lid on, open the central valve and put it in the microwave for a few minutes.
